直肠癌组织PI3K和Survivin的表达及其与临床病理的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨直肠癌组织中磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶(PI3K)和存活素(Survivin)的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP方法检测60例直肠癌组织、10例直肠腺瘤组织及10例癌旁正常组织中PI3K和Survivin的表达。结果 PI3K在直肠癌组织、腺瘤组织、正常组织中的阳性表达率分别为83.7%、50.0%和30.0%,Survivin在直肠癌组织、腺瘤组织、正常组织中的阳性表达率分别为90.0%、80.0%和20.0%。PI3K、Survivin表达均与性别、年龄、肿瘤形态及部位、CEA、分化程度无关(P>0.05),与Ducks分期、淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。PI3K和Survivin表达在直肠癌组织中呈正相关(r=0.396,P<0.01),且Dukes C、Dukes D期二者几乎均为阳性表达。结论 PI3K、Survivin表达与直肠癌临床分期和淋巴结转移情况密切相关,并在直肠癌的发生及发展中起重要作用。Objective To evaluate the expressions of phosphatidylinositol-3 protein-kinase （PI3K） , and survivin in rectal carcinoma, and the correlation between PI3K, survivin and elinicopatbologic features of rectal carcinoma and its clinical signlfleanees. Methods The expression levels of PI3K and survivin were detected in 60 rectal carcinoma, 10 rectal adenoma and 10 normal paraneo- plastic rectal mucosae tissues using immunohistoehemistry. Results The positive expression rates of PI3 K in rectal carcinoma tissues, rectal adenoma tissues and normal tissues were 83.7% , 50% and 30% , while the positive expression rates of survivin were 90% , 80% and 20%. Positive expressions of PI3K and survivin did not have a correlation with gender, age, tumor morphology and location, CEA, differentiation（P 〉0. 05）, but correlated with Ducks staging and lymph node metastasis（P 〈0. 05）. The positive expression of PI3K and the high positive expression of survivin had a significant positive correlation in rectal carcinoma（ r = 0. 396 ,P 〈 0. 01 ）. There was almost eoexpression for PI3K and survivin in Dukes C and Dukes D staging patients with rectal cancer. Conclusion PI3K and survivin are related to clinical stage and lymphnode metastasis status of rectal carcinoma, and play important roles in the carcinogenesis and progression of rectal carcinoma.
