摘　　要：目的探讨原发胃肠恶性淋巴瘤的临床特征和预后。方法回顾性分析35例病理确诊的原发胃肠恶性淋巴瘤患者的临床资料。结果主要症状:腹痛、纳差、腹部包块。胃部多发(60%)。病理分型以B细胞为主(91.4%)。Kaplan-Meler分析,Log Rank比较显示,淋巴瘤分期与生存密切相关(P<0.01)。结论原发胃肠恶性淋巴瘤的分期越早预后越好。Objective To analyze the clinical manifestaions and prognosis of patients with primary gastrointestinal malignant lymphoma（PGIML）.Methods Data of 35 cases with PGIML were retrospectively analyzed.Results The major clinical symptoms of PGIML were abdominal pain,anorexia and abdominal distention.The tumor developed in the stomach acounted for 60%.The most common immune phenotype was B-cell lineage.The stage of PGIML was closely correlated to the survival（P0.01）.Conclusion The earlier the stage of PGIML,the better the prognosis of the patients.
