摘　　要：目的探讨Amelogenin基因在两性畸形患者生理性别判定和临床治疗中的意义。方法采取全血基因组抽提法提取患者和正常人全血DNA，PCR扩增，琼脂糖电泳和自动电泳分析检测Amelogenin基因片段，根据片段确认患者的生理性别后进行相应的临床治疗。结果10例患者和2例正常女性患者的电泳结果都表现为一条带，正常男性电泳表现为两条带，说明患者的生理性别为女性；对患者实施阴蒂复位缩小术及激素替代治疗。随访6个月，治疗效果满意。结论用PCR扩增Amelogenin基因片段可以作为判定两性畸形患者生理性别的方法之一。Objective To explore the expression of Amelogenin gene in hermaphroditisms and the guidance of gene diagnosis to clinical treatment. Methods Amelogenin gene fragment located in X and Y chromosomes was amplified by polymerase chain reaction （PCR） , corresponding therapeutic measures were carried out after patients＇ sex was determined. Results All electrophoresis results from 10 patients showed a single band, patients obtained obvious effect by clitoris reduction surgery and oral hormones. Conclusion Polymerase chain reaction of Amelogenin gene can be as a method to judge patients＇ sex.
