摘　　要：目的探讨PrP105-132作用下体外小胶质细胞的活化及对IL-6产生的影响。方法体外培养大鼠神经胶质细胞,用不同剂量PrP105-132(0、20、40、80μmol/L)干预小胶质细胞,ELISA法检测24h后细胞上清液中IL-6含量。结果朊蛋白肽段干预后小胶质细胞活化,胞体增大,细胞突起变短、消失,呈圆状、杆状、阿米巴状;并且随PrP105-132剂量的增加,IL-6分泌量增多(P<0.01)。结论 PrP能够诱导体外小胶质细胞分泌IL-6,并且具有剂量依赖关系。Objective To investigate the microglia secret IL-6 in the condition of PrP105-132.Methods Rat microglia culture was exposed to PrP105-132（0,20, 40,80 μmol/L） in vitro.The IL-6 level in cell supernatant was measured by commercial enzyme immunoassay（ELISA） after 24 h.Results Microglia were activated in the condition of PrP peptide.A dose-dependent increase in IL-6 secretion by the PrP105-132 exposed rat microglia was obtained.Conclusions PrP may induce microglia secret IL-6.
