中医药治疗红斑肢痛症1例

摘　　要：患者男,14岁。双足起红斑伴疼痛1月,患者双足趾红肿,双足见水肿性红斑,趾甲周围见瘀点,皮温高,压痛(+)。临床诊断为红斑肢痛症。采用中医药治疗,疗效满意。A case of 14-year-old boy with erythermalgia is reported. Erythema and severe pain were occurred on his feet for about 1 month. His toes were red swelling of the skin and his feet characterized by edematous darkerythema,petechiae around toenail,an increased skin temperature and masculine tenderness. We diagnosed him as aerythermalgia. He was cured with traditional Chinese medicine and have a satisfied result.
