长期误诊的手足丘疹型环状肉芽肿1例

摘　　要：患者女,27岁。双手、足背反复出现扁平皮疹10余年。皮损组织病理检查示:表皮棘层肥厚,真皮上部血管周围有少数淋巴细胞浸润,真皮上部灶性胶原纤维变性,周围组织细胞排列呈栅状。结合临床及组织病理,诊断为丘疹型环状肉芽肿。拟予皮损内局部注射得宝松治疗,患者拒绝,目前仍在观察随访中。A 27-year-old female patient who presented with a 10-year-history of small, firm, skin colored papules. The patient denial any history of trauma. Histopathological examination of the biopsy specimen revealed infiltration of histocyte and lymphocyte around some area of collagen alteration in the dennis. Based on the clinical and pathological findings, the diagnosis is popular granuloma annulare.
