摘　　要：构建科学的信息技术专业人才培养模式是适应社会经济、高等教育和学生自我发展的必然要求。地方院校的特点决定了其构建新型人才培养模式应从培养目标、课程体系、实践教学、师资建设等多方面着手。本文以济南大学计算机应用人才培养的试点工作为例,分析地方院校在信息技术专业人才培养模式方面的研究及实施措施。It is necessary for the adaptation of social economy, higher education and pupils＇ self-development to build scientific talents training pattern for information technology major. Determined by their characters, regional colleges should put emphasis on training object, course system, practice teaching and staff training for building new talents training pattern. To take the case of exploration for computer application talents training in Information Science and Engineering College of University of Jinan, the paper analyzes the study and execution measures of talents training pattern for Information Technolgy major in regional colleges.
