摘　　要：TransCAD是一款基于地理信息系统的宏观交通需求预测软件,能够简化和完善交通规划中四阶段交通需求预测过程。结合长沙市滨江新区交通规划项目,探讨TransCAD在出行生成、出行分布、交通方式划分和交通分配四阶段中的应用,进而提出该软件在中国城市交通规划应用中的建议。As a macro traffic demand forecast software based on GIS,TransCAD can improve the predicting process of four-stage traffic demand.Combining with the traffic planning project of Binjiang new district in Changsha,the thesis specifically discuss the application of TransCAD in the trip generation,trip distribution,modal split and traffic assignment.Furthermore,some suggestions about the TransCAD on the use of the urban traffic planning in China are given.
