摘　　要：肿瘤干细胞学说的提出是对传统肿瘤治疗方式的巨大挑战,研究者已在非小细胞肺癌中找到了具有干细胞特性的细胞,并加以分离和鉴定。非小细胞肺癌干细胞在癌组织的发生发展过程中起着重要作用,并与耐药性和转移相关,基于肿瘤干细胞的治疗策略也已逐渐成形。在此主要综述近几年在非小细胞肺癌及其干细胞研究方面的相关进展。The cancer stem cell theory is a big challenge to the traditional therapy of cancer. More and more researchers have already found stem-like cancer cells in non-small cell lung cancer, who isolate and characterize these cells based on their features. Recent research reveals that cancer stem cell not only plays an important role in the development and process of non-small lung cancer, but also is associated with drug resistance and metastasis. A therapeutic regimen targeting cancer stem cell is emerging. This article reviews recent progress in non-small cell lung cancer and cancer stem cell.
