康艾注射液对晚期胰腺癌患者生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察康艾注射液对晚期胰腺癌患者生存质量的影响。方法 56例晚期胰腺癌患者,随机分为两组,各28例。对照组予以最佳支持治疗和三阶梯止痛治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用康艾注射液50 mL加入5%葡萄糖500 mL中静脉滴注,1次/d,连用40 d。比较两组的疗效。结果治疗组疼痛指标、卡氏评分和体质量指标改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康艾注射液能够有效改善晚期胰腺癌患者的生存质量。Objective observe the effects of Kang＇ai injection on the quality of life of advanced pancreatic carcinoma patients. Methods Fifty-six patients with advanced pancreatic carcinoma were divided into two groups, namely, treatment group （ n = 28 ） and control group （ n = 28 ）. Control group received opti mal supportive treatment alone and three-ladder pain management, whereas treatment group received daily Kang＇ai injections for 40 consecutive days. Results The treatment group was better than control group in pain, Karnofsky score, and body weight target （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Kang＇ai injection could effectively improve the quality of life of advanced pancreatic carcinoma patients.
