摘 要:液气缓冲器工作时,车辆冲击动能大部分转化为热能,使液气缓冲器内的油液和气体温度升高,向周围环境放热逸散。分析了液气缓冲器被撞击前后,缓冲器内流体体积、压力和阻抗力的关系,推导了套缸式液气缓冲器的缓冲能量、气体吸收能量、油液耗散能量计算公式,提出了套缸式液气缓冲器缓冲过程中油液和氮气温升计算方法,结合车辆连挂实际,给出了套缸式液气缓冲器缓冲过程中油液和氮气温升计算算例。During Hydro-pneumatic Buffer working,the most of the impact energy of train translates the heat energy,which make the temperature of oil and nitrogen rising in Hydro-pneumatic Buffer and release into around.The author analyses the relations about the volume,pressure and resistance of liquid in buffer,and deduces the calculation formulas of cushioning energy,absorbed energy by gas,and consumed energy by oil in Telescopic Cylindrical Type Hydro-pneumatic Buffer.Putting forward the calculation method of oil and nitrogen temperature rising during cushioning process and giving the calculation examples of oil and nitrogen temperature rising during cushioning process in Telescopic Cylindrical Type Hydro-pneumatic Buffer combining with the requirements of actual vehicles.
