摘  要:利用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取落新妇地下部分的挥发油,测得含量为0.10%;采用气相色谱—质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对落新妇的挥发性成分进行了分离鉴定,分离出57种成分,鉴定了其中50种;运用峰面积归一法确定了各成分的相对含量,检出率为87.71%。落新妇地下部分挥发油的主要成分为邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、十六甲基八环硅氧烷。In order to provide the scientific basis for exploitation, the authors studied the chemical composition of volatile oil from underground part of Astilbe chinensis (Maxim.) Franch. et Say. The volatile oil was extracted from tmderground part of Astilbe chinensis (Maxim.) Franch. et Say by using steam distillation with the content of 0.10%, then tile chemical components of the volatile oil were examined by CA2 - MS. The results showed that the 57 compounds were isolated, 50 compounds were identified. Tiae relative contents of components were analyzed by peak - area normalization, the detectahlemte was 87.71%. The main components of volatile oil from underground part of Astilbe chinensis (Maxim.) Franch. et Say were 1,2 - Benzenedicarboxylic acid, bis(2 - methylpropyl) ester, Cycloocmsiloxane, hexadecamethyl - , Cyelononasiloxane, octadeeamethyl - .
