摘  要:采用不同黏度的环氧树脂基共混材料,通过模压成型方法制备出系列环氧树脂基复合发泡材料。对发泡材料的泡孔结构进行了观察测量,研究了环氧树脂基共混物黏度对其发泡质量和行为的影响,结果表明:环氧树脂基共混物预处理黏度是影响环氧树脂基复合发泡材料质量的重要因素,共混物预处理黏度是控制环氧树脂固化和泡孔形核长大过程协调性的重要因素,实验范围内,当共混物预处理黏度在12.9 Pa.s时,制备出泡孔平均直径为48μm、泡孔密度为2.25×107个/cm3、泡孔尺寸均匀的微孔环氧树脂基复合材料。In this paper,series of epoxy resin based foaming composites with different viscosity of epoxy mixture were prepared by compression molding.By observing of bubble structure of composites,the influence of composite viscosity on the foaming quality and behavior were studied.The results showed that the pretreatment viscosity was the main factor that influenced the foam quality of the composites.The pretreatment viscosity was important parts that control the resin curing along with the foam forming and growing process.While the viscosity of the mixture were 12.9 Pa·s,the uniform porous epoxy composites size was prepared with the average diameter as 48 μm and the bubble density was 2.25×107cells/cm3.
