摘  要:利用正交法研究了六氯环三磷腈的合成反应;针对较典型的四个因素,分别取四水平L16(45)正交表进行正交试验,确定了合成目标产物的主要影响因素和优化反应条件.结果表明,先将2/3的固体五氯化磷与2%无水氯化锌和30%吡啶(以五氯化磷物质的量计)混合,再缓慢滴加入剩余的五氯化磷氯苯溶液,最高产率可达84%以上;方差分析结果表明,催化剂类型是影响六氯环三磷腈产率的主要因素.The synthetic reaction of hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene(HCCP)[(PNCl2)3],was studied using orthogonal test.Thus four level orthogonal table L16(45) was selected to investigate the effects of four main factors influencing the synthesis of title compound.The major factors affecting the synthesis and optimized reaction conditions were identified based on orthogonal test.Results indicate that a maximum yield of over 84% was reached when 2/3 of solid phosphorus pentachloride was mixed directly with 2% anhydrous zinc chloride and 30% pyridine(both in relation to molar ratio of phosphorus pentachloride),followed by gradual dropwise addition of left phosphorus pentachloride dissolved in chlorobenzene under stirring.Variance analysis shows that the type of catalysts is the major factor influencing the yield of target product.
