摘 要:以回收聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇(酯rPET)为基体材料,丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚(物ABS)为增强材料,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯接枝聚苯乙烯(PS-g-GMA)为增容剂,制备了rPET/ABS共混物。采用SEM、DSC等方法对共混物的形态结构、结晶性能和力学性能进行了表征。结果表明:与纯rPET相比,ABS增韧后的rPET缺口冲击强度和断裂伸长率分别提高了54.0%和47.2%,弯曲强度和拉伸强度略有下降,熔融温度下降了1.27℃,结晶温度升高了31.22℃,结晶速度明显加快;PS-g-GMA的加入改善了rPET/ABS共混物的两相界面结合力,细化了两相结构;与纯rPET相比,含1%PS-g-GMA的rPET/PS-g-GMA/ABS共混物的缺口冲击强度提高了72.5%断,裂伸长率提高了71.7%。Recycled PET(rPET)/ABS blends were prepared by taking rPET as matrix,ABS as reinforcing material,PS-g-GMA as compatibilizer.The morphology,crystallization behavior and mechanical property of the blends were characterized by SEM,DSC,etc.The results show that compared with pure rPET,the notched impact strength and elongation at break of rPET/ABS blend increase by 54.0% and 47.2% respectively,the flexural strength and tensile strength decrease slightly,the melting temperature decreases by 1.27 ℃,the crystallization temperature increases by 31.22 ℃,and the crystallization rate increases obviously;the addition of PS-g-GMA improves the compatibility between rPET and ABS,and makes the dispersion of ABS in rPET more uniform;added with 1% PS-g-GMA,the notched impact strength and elongation at break of rPET/PS-gGMA/ABS blend increase by 72.5% and 71.7% respectively compared with pure rPET.
