降糖三黄片对糖尿病心肌病大鼠心室重构的影响

摘　　要：【目的】观察糖尿病心肌病大鼠发生心室重构后中药降糖三黄片对其影响。【方法】选用清洁级Wistar大鼠,随机分为正常组、模型组、中药组和西药组,采用高脂饮食加链脲佐菌素腹腔注射法复制2型糖尿病心肌病动物模型。中药组采用降糖三黄片(剂量为787.5 mg.kg-1.d-1),西药组采用卡托普利片(剂量为4 mg.kg-1.d-1)灌胃。各组均治疗8周,实验末腹主动脉采血检测各组空腹血糖、胆固醇、甘油三酯以及胰岛素水平;超声心动图评价各组大鼠心脏的结构和功能,摘取心脏称质量计算左室质量指数,并观察各组大鼠心肌组织病理变化。【结果】实验末中药组血糖、血脂水平显著下降,胰岛素敏感指数上升,与模型组、卡托普利组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);超声心动图检查显示治疗组与模型组在心脏结构及心功能变化方面差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。中药降糖三黄片能够改善超声心动图监测的心脏结构及心功能各项指标,降低左室质量指数,其作用与西药卡托普利相似,2组比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),并可明显改善心肌病理形态变化。【结论】降糖三黄片能有效改善糖尿病心肌病大鼠的心脏结构及心功能,逆转其心室重构,其效果与西药卡托普利相似。Objective To observe the effect of Jiangtang Sanhuang Tablets （JST） on ventricular remodeling in diabetic cardiomyopathy rats. Methods Clean animals of Wistar rats were given high-fat diet and intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin to induce diabetic cardiomyopathy. Rats were randomized into normal group, model group, JST （787.5mg·kg^-1·d^-1） group and captopril （4mg·kg^-1·d^-1） group. The medication lasted 8 weeks. After treatment, fasting blood glucose （FBG） , and serum levels of cholesterol, triglyceride and insulin were detected. Left ventricular structure and function were examined by echocardiography, and left ventricular mass index was calculated. The pathological changes of the cardiac muscle were also observed. Results After treatment, FBG and blood lipid levels were decreased, and insulin resistance index was increased in JST group （P 〈 0. 05 compared with those in the model group and captopril group）. The results of echocardiography showed that JSP had an effect on improving ventricular structure and function, and on decreasing left ventricular mass index （P 〈 0.05 compared with those in the model group ）, and the effect of JST was similar to that of captopril （ P 〉 0.05）. Both JST and captopril relieved the pathological changes of the cardiac muscle. Conclusion JST is effective on improving ventricular structure and function of diabetic cardiomyopathy rats, and can reverse the remodeling of left ventricle. Its effect is similar to that of captopril.
