摘　　要：以体外培养犬乳腺肿瘤系CHMm株为模型,用0.1μmol/L的紫杉醇对细胞处理后,用台盼蓝排斥实验和MTT法检测细胞活性,AO/EB双荧光染色荧光显微镜下观察犬乳腺肿瘤细胞凋亡及形态学变化。结果显示,紫杉醇作用后,CHMm细胞生长受到不同程度的抑制,并引起细胞凋亡,出现典型的凋亡形态。表明紫杉醇能抑制CHMm生长,引起细胞损伤,诱导细胞凋亡,并具有时间依赖性。Canine breast cancer cell line CHMm was treated with 0.1μmol/L taxol to detect the cell survival and proliferation by trypan-blue exclusion test and MTT assay.Cells were stained with AO/EB and apoptotic morphological changes were examined under a fluorescent microscope.The results showed that taxol could inhibit the proliferation of canine breast cancer cells and induce apoptosis with the typical morphological features of apoptosis.So taxol could inhibit cell proliferation and elicit cellular toxicity and apoptosis depending on the exposure time to taxol.
