江苏如东滩涂环境中细菌总数和大肠菌群分布特征及污染评价

摘　　要：按照《海洋监测规范》相关方法要求,分别于2010年3月、5月对江苏如东滩涂文蛤产地环境中大肠菌群和细菌总数以及各环境因子进行调查检测,分析研究该环境中细菌总数和大肠菌群的分布特征、污染程度以及与各环境因子的相关性,并用单因子污染指数法评价其受大肠菌群污染状况。结果表明,表层海水细菌总数范围10～4.8×104/mL,平均值为6.63×103/mL,大肠菌群范围0～3 200/L;沉积物中细菌总数为0.1×103～3×104/g,平均值为5.64×103/g,大肠菌群范围0～3.80/g。对各环境因子进行相关性分析,得知:该环境中,细菌总数与CODMn、硫化物以及无机氮含量有显著的相关性,相关系数R分别达到0.994、0.992和0.983;大肠菌群与CODMn、硫化物、无机氮以及磷酸盐含量也有较好的相关性,相关系数R分别为0.995、0.985、0.974和0.931。表层海水中大肠菌群有2个站位超标,其余站位均符合质量要求,沉积物中大肠菌群均符合质量要求。The samples were collected in March and May 2010 from Rudong coastal areas,Jiangsu Province.The coliform group and bacteria,as well as the physical and chemical factors in the clams＇ culture environment were investigated respectively.At the same time,the distribution features,pollution degree and the correlation were analysed.The results showed that all of the sites we studied met the Seawater quality standard and the Marine sediment standard.The range of bacteria in surface water was 10～4.8×104/mL,and total coliforms was 0～3200/L,while that in sediments were 0.1×103～3×104/g and 0～3.80/g respectively.With the correlation analysis of the environmental factors,conclusions were that the total bacteria had obvious relativity with CODMn,sulfide and inorganic nitrogen,and their correlation coefficient were 0.994,0.992 and 0.983 respectively.The correlation coefficient between coliform group and CODMn,sulfide,inorganic nitrogen,phosphate were 0.995,0.985,0.974 and 0.931.
