摘  要:2008年4月对大亚湾大鹏澳网箱养殖区环境中异养细菌与弧菌的空间分布及其与环境因子的关系进行了研究。结果表明,水体异养细菌水平分布特征为:养殖区>非养殖区,水平差异极显著(t检验,p=0.005);沉积物异养细菌:养殖区为非养殖区的12倍;水体异养细菌垂直分布特征为:表层海水>底层海水,垂直差异显著(t检验,p=0.029)。与水体相比较,沉积物异养细菌含量相当高,高达1.1×107cfu/g。水体弧菌水平分布特征为:养殖区>非养殖区,水平差异显著(t检验,p=0.044);沉积物弧菌水平分布特征为:养殖区>非养殖区,水平差异显著(t检验,p=0.020);水体弧菌垂直分布特征为:表层海水>底层海水,垂直差异极显著(t检验,p=0.003)。较水体弧菌而言,沉积物弧菌含量相当高,高达1.0×107cfu/g。探讨了异养细菌、弧菌量与水环境因子的关系,结果表明:异养细菌量与海水水温为显著性正相关(r=0.843,p=0.035),与海水盐度、DO为负相关(r=-0.737,p=0.095;r=-0.224,p=0.670)。弧菌量与海水水温为显著性正相关(r=0.821,p=0.045),与海水盐度为显著性负相关(r=-0.860,p=0.028),与海水DO为负相关(r=-0.264,p=0.613)。This paper is about the first ecological survey of s in the Daya Bay in Apr.of 2008,focused on the distribution of heterotrophic bacteria and Vibrio in the water and sediment as well as the relationship with the environmental factors.The results showed that the concentration of heterotrophic bacteria in the water was higher in the culture area than that in the control area with significant differences in the level of α=0.01.The heterotrophic bacteria concent ration in the culture area was 11 times higher than that in the control area in bottom mud.The vertical distribution of the heterotrophic bacteria concentration in the water was higher in the sea surface than that in the sea bottom,with the significant differences in the level of α=0.05.Compared to the water,heterotrophic bacteria content was very high in the sediments,come up to 1.1×107 cfu/g.The horizontal distribution of Vibrio content in the water was higher in the culture area than that in the control area with the significant differences in the level of α=0.05.The horizontal content distribution of Vibrio in bottom mud is in the culture area 〉in the control area with the significant differences in the level of α=0.01.The vertical distribution of Vibrio concentration in the water was higher in the sea surface than that in the sea bottom,with the significant differences in the level of α=0.01.Vibrio concentration in the sediments was as high as 1.0 × 107 cfu/g.The relationship among,temperature,salinity,the value of DO were discussed.The result showed that the concentration of heterotrophic bacteria was positively correlated with temperature(r= 0.843,p=0.035),but negative correlated with salinity and the value of DO(r=-0.737,p=0.095;r=-0.224,p=0.670.There was a significant positive correlation between the Vibrio concentration and temperature(r=0.821,p=0.045),a negative correlation between Vibrio concentration and salinity(r =-0.860,p=0.028).The Vibrio concentration and the DO value was negatively correlated(r=-0.264,p=0.613).
