摘 要:采用共沉淀法合成出一系列镁铝铁摩尔比不同的碳酸根型类水滑石(HTLCs),经500℃高温煅烧制备出镁铝铁复合氧化物HTLCs-500,并用X-射线、红外光谱对它们进行表征。考查了吸附剂投加量、反应时间、初始pH值等因素对二者处理阴离子染料酸性橙Ⅱ模拟废水效果的影响。实验结果表明:镁铝铁摩尔比为3/0.9/0.1制得的HTLCs对酸性橙Ⅱ的脱色效果最好;在最佳条件下,HTLCs及HTLCs-500对70mg.L-1的酸性橙Ⅱ模拟废水的脱色率分别可达99.88%和99.16%;HTLCs-500在脱色时投加量更少,吸附更迅速,适应的pH范围更广,脱色性能更好;四次再生后的HTLCs-500对酸性橙Ⅱ的脱色率仍可达90%以上。A series of CO2-3-type Mg-Al-Fe hydrotalcite-like compounds(HTLCs)with different Mg/Al/ Fe molar ratios were synthesized by co-precipitation,and parts of the synthesized clays were calcined under 500 ℃ to obtain the corresponding Mg-Al-Fe-O mixed oxides(HTLCs-500).The Mg-Al-Fe hydrotalcite-like compounds and Mg-Al-Fe-O mixed oxides were charaterized by XRD and FT-IR respectively.The effects of adsorption time,sorbent dosage,initial pH value on decoloration efficiency of simulated Acid OrangeⅡdye wastewater were investigated.The results show that the decolorization effect is the best when Mg/Al/ Fe molar ratio is 3/0.9/0.1;Under the best conditions,the decoloration efficiencies of simulated wastewater containing 70 mg·L^-1 of Acid OrangeⅡwith Mg-Al-Fe hydrotalcite-like compounds and its calcined product reache 99.16% and 99.88% respectively;The latter possesses more advantages with less dosage,shorter reaction time and in wider range of pH;The decoloration efficiencies of HTLCs-500 four times recovered after adsorption of Acid Orange Ⅱcan still reach 90%.
