摘 要:首次报道了诺氟沙星在菲律宾蛤仔和海湾扇贝体内的残留和消除规律。在水温为(20±1)℃的条件下,菲律宾蛤仔和海湾扇贝的混养系统中,以50 mg/L剂量连续10 d投喂诺氟沙星,取鳃、内脏团、闭壳肌等组织,进行反相高效液相色谱法测定其浓度。结果表明:诺氟沙星在3种组织中消除速率快慢不一,鳃为诺氟沙星残留的靶组织。其在菲律宾蛤仔鳃、内脏团、闭壳肌中的消除曲线方程分别为C=3.985 3 e-0.0241t,C=3.475 9 e-0.0269t,C=3.646 1 e-0.0293tt,消除半衰期T1/2分别为28.75 h、25.76 h、23.65 h;在海湾扇贝鳃、内脏团、闭壳肌中的消除曲线方程分别为C=2.239 3 e-0.045t、C=1.721 7 e-0.0484t、C=1.441 5 e-0.0493t,消除半衰期T1/2分别为15.4 h、14.31 h、14.06 h。诺氟沙星在水产品中的最大残留限量50μg/kg,在本实验条件下,建议菲律宾蛤仔临床休药期为5 d,海湾扇贝临床休药期为3 d。The residues and depletion of norfloxacin in Ruditapes philippinarum and Argopectens irradias were first studied.Adductor muscle,gill and visceral mass were sample after feeding at dose of 50 mg/L for ten consecuitive days and twice a day.Norfloxacin analyses were performed by RP-HPLC.The results showed that the eli mination rate was deeply different in three tissues and the gill were main reservoirs of norfloxacin in Ruditapes philippinarum and Argopectens irradias.The equations of eli mination curve of norfloxacin in gill,visceral mass and adductor muscle were C = 3.985 3e-0.0241t,C = 3.475 9 e-0.0269t,C =3.646 1 e-0.0293tt in Ruditapes philippinarum,and C = 2.239 3 e-0.045t、C = 1.721 7 e-0.0484t 、C = 1.441 5 e-0.0493t in Argopectens irradias,respectively.The eli mination of half-lives(T1/2) was 28.75、25.76、23.65 h in Ruditapes philippinarum and 15.4、14.31、14.06 h in Argopectens irradias,respectively.Withdrawl times was 5d and 3d in the light of maximum residue limit of 50 μg/kg.
