摘　　要：通过对掌握技能、培养兴趣和增强体质的关系的传统认识进行阐述后,深入分析其特点及存在的弊端,而后运用对立统一规律重新对掌握技能、培养兴趣和增强体质三者的关系进行了深刻而详细的探讨,认为三者的关系是辩证统一的,最后根据三者之间的关系提出了教学方面的建议。The article discusses the traditional view of the relationship among mastering skills, cultivating interest and enhancing physique, then deeply analyzes the traits and disadvantages of that. Taking a fresh look at the relationship among mastering skills, cultivating interest and enhancing physique by unity of opposites, we believe that the relationship of them is dialectically unity. Finally, according to the relationship of them, the article puts forward some suggestions for teaching.
