围术期血液保护在肺癌根治术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨肺癌围手术期血液保护的新方法,减少库血用量。方法在肺癌根治围手术期采用血液稀释、控制性降压、微创小切口、主肺动脉阻断、合理应用抗纤溶制剂和促红细胞生成素。减少手术中出血,促进血细胞生成,从而减少异体输血用量。结果本组426例患者中,只有23例病人输异体血,异体输血率仅为5.40%。结论围手术期血液保护是减少肺癌根治术中异体输血的有效方法。Objective Perioperative blood of lung cancer new method of protection to reduce the amount of banked blood.Method In lung cancer by radical perioperative hemodilution,controlled hypotension,minimally invasive,the main pulmonary artery occlusion,a reasonable use of antifibrinolytic agents and erythropoietin.Reduce hand bleeding and promote blood cell production,thereby reducing the amount of allogeneic blood transfusion.Result 426 cases in this group of patients,only 23 patients allogeneic blood transfusion,allogeneic blood transfusion rate was only 5.40%.Conclusion Perioperative blood conservation is to reduce allogeneic blood transfusion in radical surgery of lung cancer an effective way.
