摘　　要：世界上生产的茶叶以条索和片状为主,紧压茶有蒸压后发酵的砖茶和沱茶。为此,介绍了一种立柱式紧压茶叶机来加工成紧压茶块的方法,并就其工作原理及立柱的受力情况进行了初步研究分析。试验证明,利用所设计的紧压茶叶机即可以压砖茶,又可以压小块绿茶,不仅降低了工人的劳动强度,而且提高了生产效率和紧压茶的品质。Both strip and sheet are the main style straggly tea in the world,Compact tea include brick tea and tuo-tea.In the essay a method for processing Compact tea by pole machine is introduced,at the same time,the work principle and force of pole are also given.It is proven by experiment that the machine can process brick tea as well as mini-green-tea.The machine can as well reduce labour intensity,promote processing efficiency.
