摘　　要：目的探讨门诊医生对护士的素质要求。方法采用自设问卷调查316名门诊医生对护士的素质要求。结果门诊医生对护士的年龄、学历有一定要求,对护士预先分诊、了解疾病的专科归属和诊断治疗知识掌握程度的要求较高;希望护士能掌握一些常见的化验检查结果,并对患者进行必要的解释;希望护士能定期培训,更新知识;希望护士的形象和语言规范化。结论门诊医生对护士的整体素质要求较高,除了掌握分诊和巡诊技巧外,医生更希望门诊护士能不断更新医学专科知识,提高语言服务的技巧。Objective To investigate the requirements of doctors in the outpatient department for nurses. Methods A self - designed questionnaire was used to investigate 316 doctors in the outpatient department. Results The doctors in the outpatient department had certain requirement on the structure of age and the educational background of nurses. They had relative high requirements on nurse＇s abilities of pre - triage and knowledge of disease diagnosis and treatment. The doctors also hoped the nurses could explain some inspection results to patients. They wanted nurses to receive regular refresher courses and standardize their image and language. Conclusion The outpatient doctors have high expectation to the qualities of nurses. Apart from the skills of triage and ward - round, doctors also hope nurses to update their medical knowledge frequently and improve their skills of communication.
