护理高职生职业观教育实践效果的探讨

摘　　要：目的加强护理高职生职业观教育,提高其对护理岗位的认识,以培养合格的护理人才。方法以岗位需求为目标,有步骤地开展课堂教学、专业技能强化、实习就业联动、校园文化渗透等活动,加强护生的职业观教育。结果通过强化教育护理高职生的就业率逐年上升。结论护理高职生的职业观教育是一个系统工程,需要多方面合作,才能培养出合格的护理人才。Objective To reinforce the career education among vocational nursing students and to help them better understand nursing position so as to cultivate qualified nurses. Methods Aimed at the requirements of nursing position, activities such as classroom teaching, professional skills training, combining clinical practice and employment, and campus culture infiltration were implemented step by step to reinforce nursing students＇career education. Result After career education ,the employment rate of graduates was increased year by year. Conclusion As a systematic project,the career education among vocational nursing students needs cooperation from different departments.
