摘 要:试验运用随机区组设计的方法对氮、磷、钾肥与高粱籽粒中淀粉含量的关系进行了研究。结果表明:适量施氮肥可显著提高籽粒中总淀粉、支链淀粉的含量,却降低了直链淀粉的含量;施磷肥有助于提高籽粒中总淀粉和支链淀粉的含量,不利于直链淀粉的积累;钾肥对籽粒中总淀粉和支链淀粉的积累有着显著的负向作用,而对直链淀粉有着正向作用。The randomized block design was used to research the relations of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers with the starch content of sorghum kernels. The results showed that the appropriate nitrogen application could significantly increase the contents of total starch and amylopectin of sorghum kernels, but reduce the content of amylose. The application of phosphorus fertilizer was favorable for increasing the contents of amylopectin and total starch, but not for the accumulation of amylose. The application of potassium fertilizer had significantly negative influence on the accumulation of total starch and amylopectin, but had positive effect on the amylose.
