摘  要:在综合评价中,评价的对象往往受各种不确定性因素的影响而具有模糊性,将模糊理论与经典综合评价方法相结合得到的评价方法称为模糊综合评价方法,应用模糊综合评价方法进行评价将使结果尽量客观从而取得更好的实际效果。在模糊综合评价中,权值的分配主要靠人的主观判断,因素过多时就很难准确分配权重,本文尝试利用层次分析法来确定模糊综合评价法中的权向量从而建立评价模型。高校教师绩效评价是一个多指标,多属性并且具有模糊性的评价过程。利用本文提出的评价模型对高校教师绩效进行评价能够更客观,更科学地反映高校教师的绩效状况。In the comprehensive evaluation,the objects of the evaluation are often subjected by various factors,so that they are fuzzy.The combination of fuzzy theory and classical comprehensive evaluation method will make the evaluation more objective and good result can be got.This evaluation method is called fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.In the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the distribution of weights depends mainly on subjective judgments.It is difficult to distribute weights accurately when evaluative factors too much.This paper tried to use AHP to determine weight vector in the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.It is a multi-object,multi-attribute and fuzzy process of the performance evaluation of university teachers.Evaluation model proposed in this paper can make the performance evaluation of teachers more objective,more scientific.
