大学生就业心态存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：毕业生人数的不断增加和金融危机的不利影响,造成了当前大学生严峻的就业形势。对大学生就业心态存在的矛盾问题及原因进行了分析,从社会经济发展的特点出发,提出了相应的对策。当今的社会是一个市场经济社会,也是一个知识经济社会,大学生要按照市场经济和知识经济的特点要求,调整心态和就业期望值,树立长期的职业发展观念,提高就业能力,积极主动实现就业。The graduate population unceasing increase and the financial crisis adverse effect,has created the current university student＇s stern employment situation.This article got employed the point of view existence contradictory question to the university student and the reason has carried on the analysis,embarked from the social economy development characteristic,proposed the corresponding countermeasure.The society is a market economy society,also is a knowledge economy society,the university student must defer to the market economy and the knowledge economy characteristic request,the adjustment point of view and the employment expected value,sets up the long-term occupation development idea,sharpens the employment ability,positive initiative realization employment.
