摘　　要：随着全球化的发展和高等教育不断的革新,传统的高校学生工作模式已不再适应新形势的发展。新情况新问题的出现,迫切要求高校学生工作者树立科学发展观,不断创新学生工作的内涵理念,从传统的工作思维方式中解放出来,运用现代教育手段,构建科学有效的高校学生工作机制。With the development of globalization and innovation of higher education,the traditional pattern of collegiate student work cannot fit in the new circumstances.The arisal of new situation and unmet problems urges relevant workers to establish an scientific outlook of development,innovate constantly the concept and perceptive of student work,liberate themselves from the constraint of traditional way of working and thinking and engage modern educational methods to build a scientific and effective mechanism of student work in colleges and universities.
