摘  要:目的探讨上海地区开展循证护理教育的培训内容和形式。方法 2008年4—6月我们采用自行设计的问卷对上海市已开展研究生教育的护理院校60名护理专业课教师进行调查,其内容包括:开设循证护理教育的教学条件、内容、重点难点、方法、学时及考核方式。结果 90%以上的护理专业课教师认为,开设循证护理课程的学院应拥有良好的图书馆资源和网络资源系统,有熟悉循证实践(EBP)及研究过程的专业人员,有临床EBP经验的高年资护士,学院与国内外循证护理研究机构有一定的合作与交流;教学前4项重点内容为:确定循证护理问题方法、文献查询方法、文献质量评鉴方法、系统综述方法。教学方法应采用课堂讲授、讨论、演示和实例练习等。结论为了更好地因材施教,需对护理研究生设计合适的循证护理教育方案,同时护理研究生循证护理理论和技能的掌握对促进循证护理发展具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the content and form of evidence - based nursing (EBN) education in Shanghai. Methods A total of 60 professional nursing educators from the nursing schools which had carried out postgraduate education in Shanghai were selected from April to June 2008. They were investigated by self- designed questionnaire, focusing on learning conditions, contents, focus and difficulties, methods, credit hours and assessment means. Results Over 90% of the professional nursing educators had the opinion that the nursing schools with EBN education should include a good system of library resources and network resources, professional teachers familiar with evidence - based practice (EBP) and the related research, senior nurses with clinical EBP skills, and cooperation with other global EBN institutes. The focus contents of EBN teaching included the methods of determination of EBN issues, literature searching, critically appraising the literature, and systematic review. The lectures, discussion, illustration and example exercises were better teaching methods. Conclusion The suitable program of EBN education should be given to postgraduate nursing students. In the meantime, good command of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of EBN by postgraduate nursing students is important for its development.
