摘　　要：产前筛查病例数据的汇集和管理,是优化产前筛查和实现产前诊断网络化管理的前提条件。在已有的血清筛查实验室信息管理基础上,建立省中心数据库和分中心数据库,各分中心组建包括实验仪器、工作站和数据库服务器在内的局域网。使用统一的病例管理软件,采用Excel文档和电子邮件方式,在分中心与省中心之间建立松散的数据共享和严格的记录验证分析机制。在没有完成全省产前诊断网络连接的条件下,能够有效实现病例数据的集中和规范化管理。Congregation and management of prenatal screen data are necessary for optimizing prenatal screening and fulfilling network-based prenatal diagnosis management. Based on existing information-based management of laboratory serum screen, one provincial database and seven divisional databases were created, and each divisional center constructed a local area network including lab instrument, many workstations and a database server. Prenatal cases data can be shared in the form of Excel documents, which can easily be read by man and treated by computer, through e-mails by using the same applications. Thus, an incompact data-sharing and strict record-validating mechanism was presented between the provincial center and each divisional center. It is available to congregate case data and to standardize management manner without a provincial prenatal diagnosis computer network.
