摘　　要：目的探讨泌乳素瘤中EMMPRIN的表达及意义。方法运用免疫组化法检测泌PRL瘤中EMMPRIN、CD34及Ki-67的蛋白表达。结果 EMMPRIN在侵袭性腺瘤中表达率(86.2%)明显高于非侵袭性腺瘤(40.6%),两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);在侵袭性腺瘤中EMMPRIN与MVD和Ki-67增殖指数呈正相关。结论 EMMPRIN在PRL腺瘤的表达与侵袭性密切相关,可作为判断PRL腺瘤侵袭性生长的指标;EMMPRIN可能通过诱导细胞增殖与血管生成促进腺瘤侵袭性生长。Objective To explore the expression and the significance of EMMPRIN in prolactinomas.Methods The expression levels of EMMPRIN,CD34,Ki-67 were determined by immunohistochemical method.Results The positive rate（86.2%） of EMMPRIN in invasive prolactinomas was higher than that in noninvasive ones（40.6%）,with a statistical difference between them（P0.05）.Further more,EMMPRIN correlated with MVD and Ki-67 LI in invasive group,respectively.Conclusion EMMPRIN closely correlated with the biological behaviour,suggesting that EMMPRIN may be a useful marker to predict the invasion.And EMMPRIN may prompt invasive growth by inducing angiogenesis and cellular proliferation.
