摘　　要：基本路线指政党为一个相当长的历史阶段制定的指导各方面工作的基本准则。中国共产党基本路线的形成及内涵的拓展充分展示了理论与实践的双向互动关系,并凸显"实践先行"的原则。"三个代表"重要思想、科学发展观是党的基本路线在新的历史时期与时俱进的体现与表征,这与"基本路线要管一百年,动摇不得"不存在矛盾。Basic line of political parties is the basic criteria for guiding various works in a very long historical period. The formation and expanding of content of Chinese Communist Party's basic line fully demonstrate the two-direction interaction of theory and practice, and prominently manifest the principle of 'practice first'. The important thought of 'three represents' and the view of scientific development are the sign of the Chinese Communist Party's basic line advancing with the times in a new historical period, and there is no contradiction between this and keep the basic line steady.
