45例四肢软组织肉瘤的外科治疗分析

摘　　要：目的探讨四肢软组织肉瘤的外科治疗方案及疗效。方法回顾性分析2004年-2010年我科收治的45例四肢软组织肉瘤患者资料．其中38例患者行病变部位广泛切除术，另7例行截肢术。26例患者选择实施放疗，9例患者行化疗。结果中位随访期30．7月。8例患者出现局部复发（17．8％），2例患者出现肺转移（4．4％），2例术前Ⅲ期患者死亡（4．4％）。结论软组织肉瘤采取以手术为主的综合治疗能获较满意疗效，手术切除边缘的安全性与预后密切相关。Objective To discuss the treatment and clinical efficacy of extremity soft tissue sarcomas. Methods From 2004 to 2010, 45 cases with extremity soft tissue sarcomas were analyzed retrospectively.38 patients were performed with extensive resection , and others were performed with amputation .26 patients received radiotherapy , and 9 patients received chemotherapy. Results The median follow-up period was 30.7 months . The local relapse occurred in 8 patients. 2 patients had lung metastasis , and 2 patients dead . Conclusion The main treatment of extremity soft tissue sarcomas should be surgery, combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy . Whether the resection margin is safe is closely related to the outcome.
