脑性瘫痪儿童临床分型与合并症的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨脑瘫患儿临床分型与合并症之间的关系。方法对394例脑瘫儿童除做一般性检查外,常规做脑电图、脑干听觉诱发电位、Gesell发育量表测试等,然后分析临床分型及合并症之间的关系。结果 394例中语言障碍、癫痫、智力低下、情绪和行为障碍、听力障碍占多数。听力障碍、佝偻病、卵圆孔未闭在不同临床类型脑瘫间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);语言障碍、智力低下、癫痫、视力低下、小头畸形、情绪和行为障碍、缺铁性贫血在脑瘫类型间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论听力障碍、佝偻病、卵圆孔未闭与不同临床类型脑瘫有相关性。Objective To investigate the correlation between the clinical types and complications of children with cerebral palsy（CP）.Methods 394 CP children were examined by electroencephalogram,brainstem auditory evoked potential and Gesell developmental schedule except routine examinations to detect the complications.Then the correlation between clinical types and complications were analyzed.Results Among 394 patients,the majority of patients had difficulty in language impairment,mental retardation,emotional and behavioral disorders,and hearing impairment.There is a significant difference in hearing impairment,rickets,patent foramen ovule in different clinical types of cerebral palsy（P〈0.05）.There is no significant difference in language barriers,mental retardation,epilepsy,poor eyesight,small head deformities,emotional and behavioral disorders,iron deficiency Anemia in different clinical types of cerebral palsy（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Hearing impairment,rickets,and patent foramen ovule are relevant to different clinical classification of cerebral palsy.
