摘 要:在研究沥青混合料压实特性的基础上,从能量等效角度确定沥青路面达到密实所需要的碾压遍数.首先对典型沥青混合料进行室内击实试验,得出不同类型沥青混合料达到要求密实度所需要的能量;然后依据理论计算与现场实测,得到了施工过程中摊铺机振捣提供给路面的能量及振动压路机和轮胎压路机一次碾压提供给沥青路面的可吸收能量.室内击实试验表明:同一类型沥青混合料达到密实所需能量基本相同;SMA型沥青混合料可压实性能最好,AC型次之,Su-perpave骨架型最难压实.设定沥青路面摊铺碾压机械n遍碾压提供总能量等于沥青混合料密实所需能量,可确定沥青路面碾压遍数.Compaction characteristics of hot mixed asphalt(HMA) were studied and number of roller passes was then determined based on energy equivalence.Firstly,the needed energy for typical HMA mixtures to get their required density was obtained through Marshall compaction test.Secondly,through theory of libration and on site measurement,the energy from paver and rollers were calculated.Marshall compaction test shows that asphalt mixture of same type needs almost the same energy to get required density.SMA(stone mastic asphalt)mixture has the best compactibility.AC(asphalt concrete) mixture is the second and Superpave coarse mixture is the most difficult one for compaction.The roller passes can be determined by assuming that the total energy applied by paver and rollers equal to required energy for mixtures to get required density.
