摘　　要：介绍一种以西门子S7-200为中心的搬砖车全新控制方法,采用机电液一体化控制技术,实现了搬砖车机械手的自动定位、拢砖和夹紧等工序,改变传统搬砖车全人工的操作模式,实现了装卸砖过程的自动化,缩短了工作时间,提高了工作效率。A new control method for brick-carrying car,based on Siemens S7-200,is presented in this paper.By using the hydraulic integration control technology,automatic positioning,block collecting,clamping and other processes are implemented.This method will change the traditional operating mode and automate the loading and unloading bricks process,lead to shorter working hours and higher working efficiency.
