摘 要:针对自制Ni基自熔合金粉末,研究添加不同组分纳米SiC后对45号钢表面激光合金化层的影响。实验结果表明,在优化的激光合金化工艺参数下所得到的合金化层表面光滑致密、组织细小均匀、硬度高且与基体实现了良好的冶金结合。摩擦磨损试验表明,自制纯Ni基配方粉末的激光合金化层的耐摩擦磨损性能比淬火40Cr钢优异,添加了纳米SiC后的合金化层的耐磨性能又有进一步提高,在相同工艺条件下,加入20%的纳米SiC后耐摩擦磨损性能最优。盐雾试验表明,不论是自制纯Ni基配方粉末合金化层还是添加SiC的Ni基粉末的复合层的耐蚀性能都远强于基体材料,随加入纳米SiC量的增加,合金化层的耐腐蚀性能略有下降。最后针对以上结果使用灰色关联综合评价模型对合金化层的质量进行了综合评价,评价向量表明添加20%SiC的激光合金化层的综合性能最优。Aiming at the self-made Ni-based self-melting alloy powder,the paper studies the impact on the No.45 steel surface laser alloying layer after addition of nano-SiC of different components.The experimental results show that the laser alloying layer gained under the optimized laser alloying process parameters,has smooth surface,small and fine texture,high hardness and good metallurgical bonding with basal body.The friction and abrasion test shows that the anti-friction and anti-abrasion of the self-made pure Ni-based formula powder laser alloying layer excels the quenched 40Cr steel,the alloying layer after the addition of nano-SiC further improves the anti-abrasion,and under the same process condition,the anti-abrasion of the alloying layer with 20% nano-SiC addition is the best.Salt spray test shows that,both the anti-abrasion of self-made pure Ni-based formula powder alloying layer and the anti-abrasion of Ni-based powder composite layer with addition of SiC are much stronger than the basal body,however,the anti-abrasion of the alloying layer decreases slightly as the addition of nano-SiC increases.Finally,in connection with the results mentioned above,the study comprehensively evaluates the quality of the alloying layer with the application of gray relation integrated evaluation model,and the evaluation vector indicates that overall performance of laser alloying layer with 20% SiC addition is the best.
