摘  要:目的探讨氢氧化钠溶液瘤内注射对肝癌的疗效及其毒副作用。方法对SMMU-LTNM肝癌裸鼠皮下模型,瘤内注射不同浓度的氢氧化钠溶液,与生理盐水组和无水酒精注射组比较(每组10只)肿瘤生长和肺转移抑制情况,并称动物体重。结果与生理盐水瘤内注射组相比,氢氧化钠注射组裸鼠体重显著增加,肿瘤生长和肺转移明显受抑制(P<0.05)。2%浓度组与3%浓度组抑瘤效果相近,优于1%浓度组(P<0.01),1%浓度组抑瘤效果与无水酒精注射组比较差异不显著(P=0.157)。结论 1%~3%浓度的氢氧化钠瘤内注射对肝癌具有较好的疗效,且无明显毒副作用。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects and side effects of intratumoral injection of sodium hydroxide.Methods Nude mice bearing subcutaneous SMMU-LTNM tumors were randomized into different concentrations of sodium hydroxide,normal saline,and ethanol groups(n= 10 for each group).The inhibitive effects on tumor growth and lung metastasis were evaluated.The body weight was evaluated as well.Results 1% to 3% concentrations of sodium hydroxide could significantly inhibit tumor growth and lung metastasis,and increase the body weight of tumor-bearing mice(P0.05).The effects on tumor growth was similar in 2% and 3% group,which were significantly better than that in 1% group(P0.01),although its effects was not different from ethanol(P=0.157).Conclusion Intratumoral injection with sodium hydroxide at the concentration between 1% to 3% is effective without side effects.
