Livin和PTEN在肾细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究Livin和PTEN在肾细胞癌(RCC)中的表达意义及两者的关系。方法应用免疫组化检测44例肾细胞癌组织和10例正常肾组织Livin和PTEN蛋白的表达情况。结果 Livin蛋白在肾细胞癌组织中的表达率为47.7%(21/44),在正常肾组织中不表达,两者有统计学意义(P<0.05);在肾细胞癌中,Livin的表达与临床分期、淋巴结转移均显著相关(P<0.05);PTEN蛋白在肾癌组织中的表达率为38.6%(17/44),在正常肾组织中表达率为100.0%,两者有统计学意义(P<0.05);在肾细胞癌中,PTEN的表达与临床分期、组织分级、淋巴结转移均显著相关(P<0.05);Livin在肾细胞癌组织中异常高表达,而PTEN低表达,两者表达呈显著负相关性(γ=-0.326,P<0.05)。结论 Livin和PTEN可能成为RCC的重要诊断指标和基因治疗靶点。Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of livin and phosphatase and tension homology deleted on chromosome ten（PTEN） in renal cell carcinoma（RCC）,and to investigate their relationship.Methods The expressions of Livin and PTEN in 44 cases of RCC tissue,10 cases of normal renal tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results None of all the 10 normal renal tissue showed Livin expression,whereas its positive rate was 47.7%（21/44）in RCC,with statistical significance（P0.05）;The expression of Livin in RCC was significantly related with clinical stage、lymph node metastases（P0.05）;while all the 10 normal renal tissue showed PTEN expression,whereas its positive rate was 38.6%（17/44） in RCC,with statistical significance（P0.05）;The expression of PTEN in RCC was significantly related with clinical stage、histologic grade and lymph node metastases（P0.05）;Livin was overexpressed but PTEN was underexpressed in RCC,The expressions of Livin and PTEN were negatively correlated（γs=-0.332,P0.05）.Conclusion Livin and PTEN may be important objective diagnosis and gene therapeutic target in RCC.
