摘　　要：目的探讨塞来昔布术前同期放化疗治疗直肠癌的近期疗效。方法前瞻性分析应用塞来昔布辅助放化疗直肠癌35例的临床资料。结果应用塞来昔布术前同期放化疗治疗的直肠癌患者,放疗期间生活质量、手术切除率及保肛率、术后病理消退情况均优于对照组。结论塞来昔布术前同期放化疗治疗直肠癌安全有效,并能提高近期肿瘤缓解率。Objective To study the short-term efficacy of celecoxib combined with preoperative concurrent chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of patients with rectal carcinoma.Methods 35 patients with rectal cancer treated with preoperative celecoxib combined with chemoradiotherapy were prospectively analyzed.Results The quality of life,surgical resection rate and sphincter preservation rate were significantly higher in the preoperative celecoxib combined with the chemoradiotherapy group than that in the control group.Conclusion Celecoxib combined with preoperative chemoradiotherapy is safe and effective in the treatment of patients with rectal cancer.
