膀胱癌的彩色多普勒超声诊断与病理诊断对照分析

摘　　要：目的探讨膀胱癌彩色多普勒超声诊断与病理诊断结果的相关性。方法对经手术后病理检查的80例膀胱癌进行超声诊断并对照分析,对造成假阳性的原因进行了分析。结果超声诊断膀胱癌符合率为93.75%;假阳性率为6.25%。结论彩色多普勒超声对膀胱癌诊断有较高的准确性,是诊断膀胱癌最常用的检查方法,可以为临床诊断和治疗提供重要的参考信息。Objective To discuss the relevancy of color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of bladder cancer and pathological findings.Methods 80 cases of bladder cancers proven by surgery and pathology were diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound before surgery.The ultrasound diagnosis was comparatively analyzed with the pathological findings after surgery.Results The compliance rate of ultrasound diagnosis of bladder cancer was 93.75%.The false positive rate was 6.25%.The reasons to produce the false positive were analyzed.Conclusion The Color Doppler ultrasound to diagnose bladder cancer has a high accuracy.It＇s the most inspection method to diagnose bladder cancer.It can provide important reference information for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
