摘  要:探讨乌贼墨多糖(Sepia Ink Polysaccharides,SIPS)对大鼠外周血及血液中抗氧化能力的影响。将40只S.D.大鼠,雌雄各半,随机分为4组:对照组、模型组、多糖组、治疗组。通过腹腔注射环磷酰胺(Cyclophosphamide,CP)造模,注射生理盐水作为对照,口服灌胃乌贼墨多糖或生理盐水。观察各组大鼠外周血像和血液中SOD(超氧化物歧化酶),CAT(过氧化氢酶,)MDA(丙二醛)及T-AOC(总抗氧化能力)变化。结果表明,CP能极其显著的降低白细胞、血小板数量(P<0.01),显著的降低红细胞数量(P<0.05),能显著的降低CAT活力(P<0.05),代偿性升高MDA含量,总体抗氧化能力,但差异不显著(P>0.05);与模型组比较,SIPS能极其显著的抑制由CP所致的白细胞和血小板的减少(P<0.01),显著的改变由CP导致的CAT活力和T-AOC的变化(P<0.05)。To explore the effect of sepia ink polysaccharides on peripheral blood and anti-oxidative ability in serum of rats.A total of 40 mice were randomly divided into 4 groups:control group,model group,polysaccharides group,treated group.Model group was established with abdominal injection of CP,and mice were injected with saline as control group,all the animals received SIPS or saline.At the end of the experiment,the animals were sacrificed to investigate peripheral blood profile,and the changes of SOD,MDA,CAT,T-AOC in serum.CP can significantly decrease the level of leukocytes,erythrocytes,and platelets(P0.01 or P0.05),and the activity of CAT(P0.05),also can increase the contents of MDA and T-AOC(P0.05);SIPS has no obviously effect on the parameters compared with control group,but can significantly changed the parameters such as leukocytes,platelets,CAT and T-AOC induced by CP(P0.05 or P0.01) except for the erythrocytes,hemoglobin,SOD.
