摘　　要：目的研究贵州息烽南山野葛的扦插繁殖技术。方法通过不同季节和不同药剂处理,对不同基因型(Xny-1,Xny-2)及不同枝龄的野葛进行扦插繁殖。结果结果表明,秋季扦插效果较好,成活率达20.31%;在不同药剂处理下,赤霉素处理扦插成活率为65%;Xny-1的成活率7.5%,而Xny-2的成活率为插为好。Objective To study the cutting propagation of Pueraria lobata from Xifeng Mt.in Guizhou Province.Methods Study on the cutting propagation of Pueraria lobata with different genotypes and various ages of branches in the same plants during different seasons by different medicine processing.Rusults In the same condition,cutting in autumn is better,the survival rate reaches to 20.31%;the survival rate is 65% after gibberellin processing;the survival rate of Xny-1 is only 7.5%,and which of Xny-2 is 10.5%;Regarding the disparity of branch’s age,the survival rate of annual branch cuttage gets 21.24%,but which of biennial is 19.03%;the survival rate of oblique cutting is 9.0%.Conclusion Cutting propagating of Pueraria lobata with the annual branch processed by gibberalin in autumn is a practical way.
