摘  要:试验旨在为研究中草药饲料添加剂对鸡蛋品质的影响。选择产蛋率约为83%的42周龄海兰褐商品蛋鸡300只,随机分为6个处理,每个处理5个重复,每个重复10只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组分别在对照组的基础上添加中草药添加剂1%、2%、3%、4%、5%。试验结果表明,处理组Ⅳ蛋重与对照组相比极显著增加(P〈0.01),其他各处理组间差异不显著(P〉0.05);Ⅴ组蛋黄颜色最深(P〈0.01),不同的添加水平对蛋型指数、哈氏单位、蛋壳厚度、蛋壳重无显著影响(P〉0.05);Ⅴ组蛋黄中的胆固醇含量明显下降(P〈0.01),各试验组粗蛋白质、磷、钙、粗脂肪、磷脂与对照组均无显著差异(P〉0.05)。同时随着饲喂时间的延长,不同采样时间Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组蛋黄中的粗蛋白质含量显著增加(P〈0.05),提高了鸡蛋的营养价值。因此,饲料中添加中草药4%~5%,可以在一定程度上改善鸡蛋品质。To study influence on egg quality by Chinese herbal medicine feed additives.Three hundreds Hyline brown hens (42 weeks and 85% laying rate)were chosen to be randomly divided into 6 groups,with 5 replicates in each group and 10 hens in each replicate.The control group feed basic dietart,Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ group feed 1%,2%,3%,4%,5% of herbal medicine additive adding on control group basic dietart respectively.The result showed that the weight of egg of group Ⅳ was highly significant than the control group(P0.01),there was no obvious between the other groups(P0.05);the group Ⅴ was the best yolk colour(P0.01),there was no obvious different egg shape index,HU,eggshell thickness,shell weight by different adding level(P0.05);the egg yolk cholesterol content of groups Ⅴ level decreased obviously(P0.01),crude protein,calcium,phosphorus,crude fat,phospholipids were no obvious significant different between test groups and the the control group(P0.05).The crude protein content of egg yolk of group Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ(P0.05)increased significantly in different sampling time while feeding time prolonged,improving the eggs nutritional value.Thus,egg quality was improved to some extent by adding Chinese herbal medicine feed additives 4%-5% in feed.
