摘　　要：植物甾醇是一种新型饲料添加剂,近年来已被广泛应用于饲料、临床和食品工业中,具有降低胆固醇、抗癌、抗氧化等作用。此外,植物甾醇还可治疗人类眼部疾病,并可通过血脑屏障对神经系统产生一定影响。文章综述了对植物甾醇功能及其在动物生产中应用的研究。Phytosterols is a new feed additive,which applied widely in feed,clinical medicine and food industrial in recent years,which were lowering cholesterol,anti-cancer,anti-oxidation and so on.Additionally,it can cure eye disease,affect nerve system by passing blood-brain barrier.This paper reviewed on the function of phytosterols and its application in animal production.
