瑜伽练习对精神分裂症住院患者社会功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨瑜伽练习对精神分裂症住院患者社会功能的影响。方法将109例精神分裂症住院患者随机分为研究组(n=38)和对照组(n=71)。两组患者均接受抗精神病药物治疗和常规工娱疗法(体育项目、阅览、看电视等),1周后对照组接受书画、手工、音乐等工娱疗法,研究组进行为期8周的瑜伽练习。结果干预后两组患者的社会功能总分和5个因子分显著高于干预前(均P<0.05);干预8周后研究组社会功能总分及工作与学习、业余娱乐生活、婚姻与家庭3个因子分显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论瑜伽练习较书画治疗、音乐治疗和手工治疗更能促进住院精神分裂症患者社会功能的恢复。Objective To explore the effect of yoga exercise on social function of schizophrenic inpatients.Methods Totally,109 schizophrenic inpatients were randomly divided into a research group of 38 and a control group of 71.All patients were treated with psychotropic drugs and occupational and recreational therapy（physical exercises,reading and watching TV,etc）.A week later,patients in the control group were treated with such occupational and recreational therapy as painting,calligraphy,handcrafting,music training,etc.,while patients in the research group practiced yoga exercise for 8 weeks.Results The scores of social function and 5 factors in all patients were significantly higher than those measured 8 weeks before（P0.05 for all）.After 8 weeks of the intervention,the score of social function and the scores of such 3 factors as working and learning,recreation in spare time,marriage and family in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P0.05 for all）.Conclusion Yoga exercise are more useful for the restoration of social function of schizophrenic inpatients than such occupational and recreational therapy as painting,calligraphy,handcrafting,and music training.
