百强固位纤维在松牙固定术中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价百强固位纤维在牙周病松牙固定术中的临床疗效。方法将22例中、重度牙周病患者共126颗松动牙随机、对照分成两组,分别使用百强固位纤维(实验组)和不锈钢丝联合复合树脂夹板(对照组)施行松牙固定术,观察其疗效。结果经统计学分析,治疗3个月后实验组和对照组之间疗效比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),6个月后两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论百强固位纤维固定松动牙,其操作简便、舒适美观、黏结牢固,有利于菌斑控制,临床效果好,是一种理想的牙周夹板。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of BiosplintTM on stabilization of loosen teeth.Methods 126 mobile teeth of 22 patients with moderate to severe periodontal diseases were randomly divided into two groups：patients in treatment group were treated with BiosplintTM,and patients in control group were treated with a combination of composite resin and stainless steel wire,to observe the clinical curative effects.Results After 3 months,the effects of the treatment group and the control group had no significant difference（P 0.05）,but the clinical effects had significant difference（P 0.05） by comparison after 6 months.Conclusion BiosplintTMhas the advantages of simple operation,comfort and good-looking,firm adhesion,helpful control of plaque,and good therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of fixing mobile teeth,which is an ideal dental reinforcement ribbon.
