摘 要:实验选用常见的三叶浮萍作为植物材料,选择Cr6+为实验重金属,柠檬酸作为螯合剂,研究了Cr6+及在柠檬酸存在时对浮萍的生长率、可溶性蛋白质含量及POD活性的影响,结果表明:(1)随着Cr6+浓度的升高,三叶浮萍的生长受到抑制,但并未达到半数抑制浓度.当柠檬酸存在时,其抑制作用更加显著,且96 h-IC50为6.04 mg/L.(2)经4 d处理,加柠檬酸和未加柠檬酸的Cr6+处理组的可溶性蛋白质含量比对照组高出185.54%和112.5%.(3)经4 d处理,三叶浮萍的POD活性总体表现为低促高抑,且均在浓度为5mg/L时达到峰值,柠檬酸存在的Cr6+处理组的POD活性高于单独的Cr6+处理组.(4)柠檬酸的螯合作用可使Cr6+活化,从而对植物的生态毒性增强,与Cr6+表现为协同作用.Duckweed not only has a good potential to recover nutrients from the domestic wastewater,but also is often used for the study of aquatic ecotoxicology.The common type of duckweed which is called L.paucicostata was chosen as plant materials,Cr^6+ as a pilot metal and citric acid as a chelator in the laboratory which study the effects of Cr^6+ and citric acid single and combined pollution on the growth,the soluble protein and the activity of POD of L.paucicostata.The growth of L.paucicostata was significantly inhibited with increasing concentration of Cr^6+.However,it hasn't reached the IC50.When the citric acid exists,the inhibition was more significant,and the 96 h-IC50 was 6.04 mg/L.Treatment after 4 days,the soluble protein contents of L.paucicostata without and with citric acid were 112.5% and 185.54% higher than the control group respectively.Treatment after 4 days,the lower concentration of Cr^6+,the higher activity of POD,and the higher concentration of Cr^6+,the lower activity of POD on the whole.They are both up to the peak when the concentration was 5 mg/L.What's more,the activity of POD of Cr^6+ pollution is lower than citric acid combined pollution.The chelating effects of citric acid can activate Cr^6+ and thus the eco-toxicity towards the plants becomes stronger,which presents a synergistic effect.
